Dogs are considered to be more than pets for many of today's pet owners. They are often members of the family in many homes. We consider them to be our kids with fur, our babies, or our grand dogs. Dogs share our lives with us. We allow them to sleep in our beds, take them with us when we leave the house, and bring them along for vacation. Many dogs, just like our children, dress up for Halloween or find gifts under the tree and full stockings ready for them Christmas morning. Gourmet dog treats are also fed to many spoiled pets.
